Amsterdam Excellence Scholarship from the University of Amsterdam - Class Scholarship S2 in Netherlands

This scholarship is a scholarship program which is regularly held by the UvA for international students who want to pursue studies at S2 level. The main target of this scholarship program is S1 graduates from outside the European Union as well as various scholarship programs in Europe mostly. Each period there are 15 scholarship recipients were sought through a rigorous selection process which would have eventually the scholarship recipients will receive a scholarship of EUR 25,000 per year. Scholarship Requirements

If you wish to enroll in the scholarship program at the UvA S2 then have ensured that all of the following requirements must be met first: 

1.  Have a valid official passport and not of the European Union or the European Economic Area 

2.  Accepted at S2 program the language of instruction in English at the UvA registered in the Central Register of Higher Education Programmes (CROHO) where the application for study and scholarship AES S2 can be done simultaneously 

3.  Accepted at S2 at UvA program for the first time 

4.  to comply with all the visa regulations in Dutch according to the instructions of the Dutch Immigration Office 

5.  Registered at the UvA as a full-time student for the academic year and programs that offer scholarships 

6.  Not receiving other scholarships in the same period of study at the UvA After fulfilling all these requirements are the following documents to be prepared to apply for a scholarship AES: 1. academic transcripts applicant showing that the applicant including the 10% best graduates 2. Document graduation or diploma that also shows the academic quality of the institution where the degree was obtained S1 3. A letter of recommendation from the dean, academic supervisor or teacher 4. Motivation Letter maximum of 500 words that includes an explanation of the reasons for the applicant chooses UvA specific programs related to career and future relevance of the applicant 5. Description of extra-curricular activities such as student participation in committees, sports, music, international experience, or also the experience of being a volunteer 6. Proof of English language proficiency certificate can be IBT TOEFL 100 or IELTS 7.0
